gvSIG Educa is a customization of gvSIG Desktop, adapted as a tool for the education of topics that have a geographic component. The aim of gvSIG Educa is to provide educators a tool that helps students to analyse and understand space, and that can be adapted to different levels or education systems.
On this site you will be able to contribute your packages of thematic maps so teachers can download and use them in class. Are you a good cartographer? Do you have a good free dataset that can express something interesting? Please create new gvSIG Educa thematic maps packages and contribute them!
